Selling cars is quite the task these days and making a car worthy of today’s dollar is a difficult task, indeed. The new line of advertising for the Honda Accord aims to point out that “difficult is worth doing” by showcasing some heart-stopping aerial acrobatics. If Honda made planes, would people jump out of them?

There is no helicopter, ever, that is as cool and as inspiring as Airwolf. For three very short years, Stringfellow Hawke played cello between daring missions as the pilot of a highly modified (and stolen) Bell 222 helicopter. For the price of a mid-range luxury car, you can own this excellently crafted replica of that gorgeous, and deadly, Lady. Volcanic hideaway not included.

Music is a wonderful part of culture, history and entertainment. Eventually, these songs made it to the silver screen. Music videos have now become all but short films and good video directors have just as much demand as full length film makers. Colonel Blimp is home to some of the coolest music video directors and production; doing projects for Björk, Lily Allen, Groove Armada and many more. Surely, they boast the best D.I.Y. video.

Technology wars are great fuel for innovation and progress. Back in the day, it was Beta versus VHS. In these modern times, it’s DVD formats. As it turns out, the current Chair Company for the HD DVD Promotion Group, Toshiba Corporation, recently announced the discontinuation of their HD DVD Businesses. When they say the “beginning of the end,” this is exactly what they meant.

The Orion spacecraft is a design currently under development at NASA. The logo designer for Orion, and many elements of Project Constellation (a program designed to return humans to the moon), is Michael Okuda. Okuda is the designer behind the fictional LCARS computer system’s GUI used throughout all of Star Trek: The Next Generation. The future is now!
