of your prank

June 26, 2008

As pranksters go, there a few notables. A Frenchman by the name of Rémi Gaillard is one such kidder. His antics around town are caught on film and are worthy of inspired laughter. Be it scoring goals in unlikely places, training hard for the title bout or sneaking onto the pitch for a Montpellier Herault rugby union game; Mr. Gaillard has moxy. The French are funny.

of your awakening

After 9,000 years of silent slumber, the Chaiten Volcano in Chile erupted letting the locals (and some cities 900 miles away) aware of its awesome presence. These photographs are some of the most impressive shows of the power Mother Nature truly possesses.

of your hotta

June 14, 2008

When the words “hot sauce” is mentioned, McIlhenny’s Tabasco is often at the top of the list. If you are, however, looking for some truly magma-level offerings, look no further than Mo Hotta, Mo Betta and their wonderful collection of sauces and additives and even a personal line of mouth burners. June 11, 2008

Want to still play with your old electronics, or modify them but are low on scratch? This rather thrifty (read: cheap) fellow can mod just about anything out of anything (ex: HDD-powered speakers as seen above). Cute is all around us, but none more prevalent as Hello Kitty. This wonderfully kawaii kitten, created by Sanrio in 1974, is one of the most recognized characters hailing from Japan. So much so that there is a plethoria of products bearing her likeness. Hello Kitty Hell is a repository of everything Hello Kitty. Imagine willfully inundating yourself with this much sugary sweetness.

May 8, 2008

of your hole

April 23, 2008

There are incredible, man-made structures on our fair sphere. Equally incredible are some of the excavations that have spotted the surface through the years. Most notable among them is the Kennecott Copper Mine in Bingham Canyon, Utah. This 2½-mile diameter wide and ¾-mile deep pit produces copper, molybdenum, gold and silver. Just a minor blemish on the face of the Earth, really.
