Chlorine + Bromide + Sun = happy fun poison time! The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power dropped 400,000 black, plastic balls into the Ivanhoe reservoir to protect from this chemical cocktail. Another 2.6 million will cover the reservoir for about four years. Best. Ball pit. Ever.
